You can cancel your AskDirect subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact us at support@askdirect.ai within 14 days of your purchase. Note: if you have already used the service during this period, we may deduct a proportional amount from the refund.
Outside of the 14-day EU withdrawal period, refunds are granted at our discretion in the following situations: (a) a technical error on our end prevented you from using the service; (b) you were charged twice for the same subscription period; (c) other exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not issue refunds for: partial months after cancellation; accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations; dissatisfaction with AI-generated answers (which are inherently probabilistic and not guaranteed to be perfect).
To request a refund, email us at support@askdirect.ai with your account email and a brief description of the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
